But, it’s only DAY ONE!! There’s a reason Matt’s events sell out so quickly!
After day one, can things get better? Yes, they can. Today’s round will be played at a top 10 course but not just any top ten list. Cabot Cliffs is currently ranked #9 on this year’s Golf Digest world golf course rankings. The 16th hole is already one of golf’s most photographed holes so be sure to post and tweet all day long, so all friends back home will be green with envy!
Upon the first tee, your group will be photographed with your host and Matt might just do some play-by-play of your opening tee shot as he has done in countless major championships! Take your time, breath in how special this experience is, but know that when you are done playing golf, your day is still in its infancy.
After your round and a fantastic lunch, you will jump aboard a private 50-seat motor coach and begin your journey to Prince Edward Island, Canada’s smallest province.

This 75-minute route runs between Caribou and Wood Islands, Prince Edward Island. An outdoor seating area allows you to enjoy the fresh sea air during the crossing.
After your sailing, you have arrived in Prince Edward Island. “PEI” is often referred to as Canada’s # 1 Golf Destination with its more than 400 fairways closer than you can imagine. It is also often called “Canada’s Food Island” with a land that is rich, producing a bounty of fruits, vegetables, meat and dairy products. PEI’s waters teem with fish, as well as lobster, oysters, and other shellfish. Ask almost anyone in the world where the best mussels come from, and they'll tell you: Prince Edward Island. PEI’s farmers and fishermen provide the ingredients and PEI’s award-winning chefs turn those fresh ingredients into culinary masterpieces.

Undulating fairways, water holes with a wisp of wind, pot bunkers and challenging greens all come together to provide you with an experience not to be forgotten. Truly an unbelievable combination of nature and imagination by Canadian architect, Tom McBroom. Of all the courses that are considered a “must play” in Canada, Crowbush is certainly one of them. If you can tame the 6,903 yards in the north shore wind, you should be able to play well anywhere.
After your round, you’ll gather back at the resort and tonight’s culinary experience will be one that you won’t soon forget. Tonight’s experience takes place at The Inn at Bay Fortune. This legendary country inn is home to 17 stylish guest rooms and Chef Michael Smith’s unique FireWorks Feast. It includes every form of live-fire cooking known to man, a smokehouse, open hearth, grill, rotisserie, plancha and wood oven. No dials, no switches, no gas, no power, just old-school fire cooking. Named as one of Air Canada’s En Route Magazine Best new restaurants of 2016!
You will enjoy the day’s harvest from the Inn’s organic farm, herb gardens and the best of Prince Edward Island’s culinary artisans. Prepared over live fires, the meal is shared family-style at long feast tables overlooking breathtaking Bay Fortune. Make friends, make memories.

During the pro-am dinner, David Feherty peered out at the crowd who were as red as the main course lobsters and cried, "Have you people never heard of sunscreen?”
