Effective June 23
, vaccinated individuals from within Atlantic Canada approved under one of the travel streams (Family Connections, compassionate, exceptional travel, seasonal residents) will be permitted to submit their vaccine record and if approved, will not need to self-isolate on arrival to PEI. They will require a negative test soon after they arrive in the province.
June 27 - Atlantic Canada (partially or fully vaccinated travellers. PEI Pass required)
Beginning June 27
, partially or fully vaccinated individuals travelling to PEI from within Atlantic Canada who have a PEI Pass will not have to isolate, subject to testing at points of entry, and no travel streams will be required. Vaccinated Island residents will be able to travel within Atlantic Canada and not have to self-isolate when they return to PEI, subject to testing. Unvaccinated visitors from Atlantic Canada and unvaccinated Islanders will be required to complete a declaration and isolate for eight days with tests on entry and on day 8.
July 18 - All of Canada (Fully vaccinated – no self isolation requirement, One vaccination – 8-day self isolation requirement)
Effective July 18
, Canadians can enter PEI if they have been approved for a PEI pass. Individuals who have received two doses of vaccine will be exempt from self-isolation, and those who have one dose or are unvaccinated can do so by following the 8-day self-isolation requirement. Canadians from outside the Atlantic Provinces can begin applying for a PEI pass on July 7

Golf PEI has flexible cancellation policies and rates to encourage our customers to book for 2021 now. We strongly encourage you to book as early as possible to avoid delays, availability issues, etc.
We have put together some frequently asked questions going into the 2021 Season.
• What is your cancellation policy for Stay and Play Vacations for 2021 booked with Golf PEI?
Full refunds will be provided for Stay and Play vacations provided that 7 days notice is provided. All supplier charges for changes or cancellation will be waived if you are unable to travel to PEI due to border/travel restrictions.
• Should we book our golf vacation to PEI for 2021 now?
We strongly recommend that our groups book as early as possible to avoid delays when travel restrictions are lifted/changed. With the introduction of the Atlantic Bubble in 2020, we received inquiries from more than 200 groups in the first 48 hours after that it was announced! This is difficult for our reservation team to handle in a timely fashion. To ensure that you get the accommodations and tee times that you want, we always recommend booking as early as possible. Simply fill out our request a quote form and one of our golf travel specialists will send you some options for your consideration.
• Why should I book with Golf PEI?
Golf PEI is a non-profit association devoted to the promotion and development of golf tourism on Prince Edward Island. Our mandate is to promote and attract the non-resident golfer to PEI. To that end, Golf PEI operates its own online direct-call reservation centre for booking tee times or golf vacations at any of our member golf courses and accommodation partners. We will virtually eliminate your need to endlessly surf the net for information.
Our golf travel specialists have more than 40 years of combined experience in booking golf vacations. They have visited/played our courses and they have toured and/or stayed at our hotels, cottages and other types of accommodation. We’ll use our expertise to answer your questions and provide you with as many golf vacation options as you require. Our local knowledge is invaluable when planning your next golf vacation.
• How do I book?
Booking with Golf PEI is easy! You can go on our website, at www.golfpei.ca, where you can create a quote, build your own package, and view our specials. By doing so, you can pick your accommodations and courses to build your perfect vacation. You will receive a quote by email with a total price, and a price per person in your group.You can contact us at 1-866-465-3734 and our golf travel specialists will be happy to help you. If you like what you see, you can click on the link in the emailed quote that is titled “Book Now”. This will take you to a secure web page where you can process your 25% deposit, which will secure your price. We will then be in contact with you to confirm your package details with your booked tee times and accommodations.
• When do I pay for my Golf PEI Vacation Package?
When you are ready to confirm your trip, we ask for a 25% deposit at time of booking. The final balance payment is due 7 days prior to your trip’s start date and will automatically be charged to card(s) on file. If travel restrictions are still in place, 100% of your trip will be refunded.
• What if I need to cancel my trip?
Our cancellation policy is 7 days prior to your trip’s start date you will receive a 100% refund within 30 days, refunded on the credit card used to process the payment.
• I have purchased a value card and I am unable to travel to PEI this year.
Please note that for the 2021 season, we will be allowing for refunds on our Value Cards. At this time, we will process refunds for value cards up to July 31st 2021. This date may be extended as we continue to monitor the COVID situation and PEI takes steps to re-open our borders.
