Rules & Regulations for Golf PEI

1.Contest Period

The contest is valid at Golf PEI Inc. from Nov 15, 2024 to October 31, 2025.

 

2. Eligibility

This contest is open to all customers aged 18 or over. Golf PEI Inc and business with employees in the immediate families of such business (living in the same household as the employees.) The contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

 

3. How to Enter

No purchase necessary. Contest is open to all customers who accurately fill in the contest ballet form at www.golfpei.ca/contest  Nov 15, 2024 and October 31, 2025. If the information you provide when entering is inaccurate, your entry will be void. Limit of one entry per person.

 

4. Prize Description

One (1) grand prize pack ($10,000 value) from Golf PEI including:

• $7500 in Golf PEI gift cards towards a golf vacation on PEI (golf rounds and accommodations).
• $1000 in gift cards to Prince Edward Island restaurants.
• $1000 voucher towards a rental car.
• $500 in Island activities and experiences of your choice.

Draw to take place November 10, 2025.

 

5. Prize Drawing

The winner will be randomly selected via a draw from all eligible entries within the Contest Period. The draw with take place at Golf PEI in Charlottetown on November 10, 2025. The winner will be contacted by email/and or phone at least three (3) times within seven (7) days. If the winner cannot be contracted at that time, another entrant will be randomly selected, and the initial selected entrant will be disqualified and will have no record towards Golf PEI Inc. or its affiliates. In order to win, the selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical, skill-testing question to be administered by telephone, and he or she will be required to sign a standard Declaration and Release Form confirming compliance with the Contest Rules, acceptance of the Prize as awarded and Golf PEI Inc. from all liability relating to the Contest. No substitution for, or transfer of the Prize, will be allowed. The selected entrant will have 7 days from the date of receipt to return a signed copy of the Declaration and Release Form to Golf PEI Inc. If the selected entrant does not do so within this period of time, another entrant will randomly be selected and the initial selected entrant will be disqualified and will have no recourse towards Golf PEI Inc. or anyone involved in the Contest.

 

6. Condition of Participation

Submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of these contest rules by entrant. Golf PEI Inc. does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage or claims caused by or resulting from this contest or the prizes. The prize winner(s) agrees by accepting the prize to release Golf PEI Inc. from any and all liability arising out of, pursuant to, or as a result of the carrying out of the contest, including liability arising from the acceptance of the prize(s) as awarded and confirming compliance with contest rules. By entering the contest, entrants’ consent to the use of their names, city of residence, photograph, voice and/or image for publicity purposes and in all mediums utilized by Golf PEI Inc. without payment or compensation.

 

7. Chances of Winning

Dependent on the total number of eligible entries received on or before the contest end-date.

 

8. Ownership of the Contest

The contest is managed by Golf PEI Inc.

The objective of the contest is to raise awareness of golf in Prince Edward Island. We respect your privacy. By giving us your information, you can be assured we do not sell or provide your personal information to any 3rd parties. Your information is securely stored via Constant Contact. The purpose of collecting your phone number is purely as a unique identifier in the event of more than one contest entrant having the same name. Contest winners will be contacted by email or phone to be advised of their winning status. If you opt into communications by checking “Yes” to receiving communications it will be in the form of an email from Golf PEI (via Constant Contact) about products, services, and promotions from Golf PEI. Each communication email does give you the option to opt out at any time.
